Return and Refund
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase at Hanfurobot. If the item you received does not meet your expectations, we are happy to provide you with a return service. Just make sure the item is in its original condition and follow the return policy below, and we will process your refund as soon as possible.
Return Policy
You can apply for a return within 30 days from the date of receipt of the item. The returned item must meet the following conditions:
- The item is unwashed, unworn, and unaltered
- Retain the original tags, labels and complete packaging
- Keep the item clean, odor-free, and undamaged
Hanfurobot reserves the right to determine whether the item is eligible for return. We recommend avoiding the use of perfume, makeup, or clothing with a risk of staining when trying on to avoid affecting return eligibility.
Return shipping fee description
Quality problems or wrong products: We bear the return shipping fee
Return due to personal reasons (such as inconsistent style, wrong size, change of mind, etc.): You need to bear the return shipping fee
Return process
Contact customer service to apply for a return: Please send an email to connect@hanfurobot.com, provide the order number, reason for return and relevant product photos.
Confirm return address and instructions: Customer service will reply within 1-2 working days to confirm whether the return conditions are met, and provide the return address and processing instructions.
Send back the product: Please send the product within 7 days after receiving the confirmation, and provide a valid logistics tracking number by email.
Refund processing: Once we receive and confirm that the returned product is intact, we will complete the refund according to the original payment method within 10 working days.
About exchange
Currently, we do not support direct exchange services. If you need to change the size or color, it is recommended that you apply for a return and complete the refund before placing a new order to purchase the required product.
Special Notes
All return packages must be sent back using a trackable logistics method to avoid package loss.
Items sent back directly without customer service authorization may not be identified and refunded.
If the package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to sign for it in time, the relevant shipping fee will not be refunded.
