Account Information
When shopping on the Site, you may choose to create a Hanfurobot account. You agree that the information you provide in this process is accurate and complete. You also agree not to (a) select, register or attempt to register, or use the name of another person or any other identifying information to impersonate that person; (b) use the name of another person without authorization; (c) use a name that infringes on the intellectual property rights of another person; or (d) use a name that Hanfurobot deems offensive. Hanfurobot reserves the right to refuse or terminate the account of any person who violates these Terms of Use.
You should not authorize any third party to access or use the Site to act on your behalf. If you do so, you will be liable for all acts and/or omissions of such third party on or in connection with the Site. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password, and you are fully and at all times responsible for all activities that occur under your account while your password is used. You agree to notify us immediately by email of any unauthorized use of your password or account information, or any other breach of security. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from the unauthorized use of your account.
Hanfurobot reserves the right to access and disclose any information, including but not limited to account information, to comply with applicable laws and lawful government requests.
Purchase Terms
Hanfurobot sells products to adults only. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may not purchase Hanfurobot products or provide any information to Hanfurobot. If you wish to purchase any products offered on the Site, we will ask you to provide certain information relevant to your order, including, but not limited to, your payment method information (such as your payment card number and expiration date), your billing address, and your shipping information. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment card or other payment method used in any order.
Hanfurobot's confirmation of receipt of an order means that we have received your order request; it does not mean that we have accepted or shipped your order, nor does it mean that we have confirmed the price or availability of the goods. Hanfurobot may cancel or reject your order from time to time. We reserve the right to cancel or reject an order in our sole discretion, and you agree that we will have no liability to you other than a refund (if applicable). Without limiting the foregoing, we may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by the same customer account or using the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In such event, if feasible, we will notify you of the reasons for our cancellation or rejection of the order. We will notify you at the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was placed. The purchase of our merchandise for the purpose of resale is prohibited. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit any orders that, in our sole discretion, are placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or on your behalf on the Site at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred, including, without limitation, all shipping and handling charges. You remain responsible for any taxes that may apply to your order. In addition, it is your responsibility to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state, federal and international laws (including minimum age requirements) regarding the receipt, possession, use and sale of any merchandise purchased from the Site. By placing an order, you are promising that the products ordered will be used in a lawful manner. Any offer for a product or service made on the Site is void where prohibited. Unless otherwise provided in these Terms, the risk of loss and title for products purchased on the Site pass to the purchaser upon delivery to the carrier.

As between you and Hanfurobot, the content, photos, images, data or other materials available on the Site (collectively, the "Content") are the property of Hanfurobot or its licensors or content suppliers and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
We provide you with access to the Site pursuant to a limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable, revocable license. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Site in any manner that:
- Is designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software, hardware or telecommunications equipment (including through software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs);
- Interferes with or disrupts the normal working of the Site or Site-related services;

- Causes Hanfurobot to lose (in whole or in part) the services of our Internet service provider or others;

- Is false, misleading, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, or bigoted;
- Copy, modify, create derivative works, reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the software on which the Website or any part thereof depends;
- Violate or encourage anyone to violate these Terms or our Privacy Policy;

Hanfurobot has the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, evaluate and analyze any use of and access to the Website, and/or remove any User Content from the Website to determine or enforce compliance with these Terms.

The Website may contain links to other websites (“Third Party Websites”) that are not controlled by Hanfurobot.
