Order processing time
All orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days after successful payment (excluding weekends and special holidays).
During peak promotional periods (such as holiday sales), processing time may be slightly delayed, and we will try our best to speed up order processing.
We currently do not support delivery to PO boxes, or APO/FPO military addresses.

We support free shipping services worldwide.
Estimated arrival time: 7–14 business days (slightly different depending on the destination)
Shipping fee description: All orders enjoy free standard shipping, no minimum spending threshold.

Tax fee description
Please note that orders in some countries may incur tariffs, import taxes, or customs clearance fees, which will be borne by you according to local regulations.
If the package is returned or destroyed due to refusal to pay tariffs, the relevant losses will be borne by you, please understand.
Order tracking
When your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a tracking link for the logistics carrier. You can use this link to view the logistics status and transportation progress of the package in real time.
If the order is shipped in multiple packages, you will receive separate confirmation emails and tracking information
Warm reminder
Please make sure that the delivery address and contact information you filled in when placing the order are accurate
If you need to modify the order information, please contact us by email as soon as possible. Once shipped, it cannot be changed
If the package you received is damaged or abnormal, please be sure to take a photo and contact us as soon as possible
